We're live from the Australian Drone Nationals on the sunny Gold Coast (Nerang) and will be publishing results as they come through thick and fast!!

The track is all setup and ready to go. Pilots are itching. The tension is palpable. By 11.30 we have our first quads in the air to feel out the track. Today will be used to iron out video and track issues. It is also a very useful day for the pilots to dial in their racing lines and setups as tomorrow the heats start and the racing gets real.

Weather forecast for the event is looking good apart from a slight chance of a shower in Saturday.
